Bruce D. Popp was awarded a Ph.D. in Astronomy by Harvard University and is a former telecom professional with experience in: software and hardware feature and requirements definition; business case and business plan development; and SONET and ATM network architecture and planning. Bruce translates technical subjects from French to English. He was a US Peace Corps Volunteer in Kikwit in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (then Zaïre) where he taught physics and math, and learned Kikongo (the Bandundu dialect) and some Lingala.
